Bit more about me.
I am an obsessive natured person, who does everything to the full within the bounds of my current focus.
I throw myself into what I love and struggle with things that do not include that! I am a family person and love spending time with Den (hubby) and two children and their partners.
What drives me is helping others and being the best version of myself. An area I need to improve on is adding some down time and giving myself the right fuel to be ready for the day ahead.
Go back 10 years, I had just left teaching. I was lost, confused and felt I now longer had purpose and identity. I become lost for a fair few years. I went through a few different jobs and totally lost sparkle and joy.
As most stories go. I hit the bottom. I was having dark thoughts and could not see a way out of the pain of groundhog day.
A friend told me about visualisation, manifesting meditation and much more.
This made me recognise I was in control of my own thoughts. I could not control what was going on externally, but I could control my thoughts. I started to see life from a different lens.
The birth of a new me. I became someone who WOULD make it happen. I became someone who worked on themself every day and I became someone who found a way through. I studied Reiki, and communication. I studied business and became a certified business strategist. I am currently training in clinical hypnotherapy and life coaching.
I will work with you on your business but more importantly on YOU.
